- Develop and implement the organization's cyber security strategy, standards, and governance framework
- Lead infrastructure security engineering, ensuring security solutions effectively protect enterprise systems and networks
- Establish and oversee vulnerability management processes, including vulnerability assessments, patch management, encryption, and security controls
- Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) governance and ensure effective 24/7 security monitoring and incident response
- Manage cyber security incidents, investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assess cyber risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies while supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) and emergency response planning
- Develop, review, and maintain cyber security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Lead and develop a high performing cyber security team through coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure security is embedded across digital transformation and technology projects
- Promote a culture of security awareness, innovation, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related discipline
- Relevant industry recognized cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, GIAC)
- 7–9 years of progressive experience in cyber security, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, risk management, and infrastructure security
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision making skills
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
