- Develop and execute the overall creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic performance across multiple digital products
- Lead the creation of high performing advertising concepts and oversee the full production lifecycle from ideation to final creative assets
- Manage, mentor, and grow the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional development
- Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high quality creative assets
- Partner closely with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives and performance goals
- Build and optimize creative production processes, introducing scalable workflows and best practices
- Design and refine testing methodologies to continuously improve creative effectiveness and campaign performance
- Monitor creative performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize both campaigns and team productivity
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar creative leadership function
- Solid understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles
- Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that deliver measurable business results
- Experience managing creative production pipelines and balancing multiple priorities
- Hands on expertise in creative testing methodologies and performance optimization
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills
- Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving product and marketing KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Collaborative, proactive, and results oriented approach
