About the Role
Sadeem is seeking a Head of Beverage & Specialty Coffee Development to lead the creation and execution of the full beverage program, focusing on specialty coffee. The role requires strong experience in specialty coffee operations, menu development, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, development, and execution of Sadeem’s full beverage program with a strong focus on specialty coffee
- Build a distinctive beverage identity for the brand, developing signature coffee and non coffee drinks
- Create seasonal menus, improve recipes, set preparation standards, and ensure consistency across the coffee bar
- Transform ideas into commercially viable products while maintaining high standards in taste, presentation, workflow, costing, training, and guest experience
- Work closely with culinary, pastry, operations, and procurement teams to ensure beverage program supports brand concept
Requirements
- Strong experience in specialty coffee, coffee bar operations, and beverage development
- Deep knowledge of espresso, filter coffee, brewing methods, coffee extraction, milk texturing, grinder calibration, and bar workflow
- Ability to create and develop signature drinks, seasonal beverages, mocktails, iced drinks, tea based drinks, and coffee led concepts
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee beans, roasting profiles, origins, tasting notes, and quality evaluation
- Experience in menu development, recipe standardization, beverage costing, and product testing
- Ability to lead R&D from idea creation to final recipe, including testing, documentation, training, and launch
- Strong operational mindset with ability to improve speed, consistency, bar setup, workflow, and service standards
- Experience training baristas and building clear SOPs for beverage preparation and coffee bar operations
- Leadership experience in a premium café, specialty coffee shop, hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment

Compensation
- Pay: AED6,000.00 AED9,000.00 per month
