Requirements

- Strong ability to create new bakery recipes and lead bakery R&D
- Excellent knowledge of bread production, fermentation, dough handling, baking techniques, and bakery operations
- Strong understanding of bakery costing, production planning, hygiene, and inventory control
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work early hours, under pressure, and within production deadlines
- Experience in recipe standardization, SOP creation, and team training
- Passion for high quality bread, consistency, and craftsmanship

Role Overview
- The Head Baker is responsible for leading the full bakery production and bread development of the business.
Key Responsibilities
