Responsibilities
- Curate and manage the Club’s cigar programme, ensuring the cigar list is up to date with accurate vintages, descriptions and pricing.
- Take ownership of humidor management, maintaining optimal storage conditions, stock levels, inventory accuracy and product quality.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, sourcing premium and exclusive cigars.
- Provide expert cigar, wine and spirit pairing recommendations for members and guests.
- Act as the Club’s cigar ambassador, delivering product knowledge, hosting tastings and sharing expertise.
- Assist members and guests with cigar selections while delivering warm, professional service.
- Ensure humidors, cigar displays and lounge areas are impeccably maintained and presented.
- Train and develop the team on cigar knowledge, storage standards and service excellence.
Requirements
- 3 4 years experience in a similar role
- Internationally recognized professional certification
- Excellent level of English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent team management, communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate integrity and maintain high level of confidentiality

- The Arts Club Dubai is located in DIFC, set over four floors totaling 65,000 square feet in ICD Brookfield Place.
- It is the first international outpost of the historical private members’ club established in 1863 in Mayfair, London.

Role Overview
- We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Head of Cigar to join the team from September 2026.
- The Head of Cigars ensures smooth running of service in the Cigar Lounge and focuses on delivering maximum member and guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
