The Head of Business Development (Training) is responsible for driving sustainable, quality revenue growth across Baines Simmons’ training portfolio by leading the sales execution, pipeline management and client engagement activities.
The role ensures that training offerings are effectively positioned in the market, aligned with customer needs, and contribute directly to TrustFlight’s strategic growth objectives.
