About the Role

  • The Head of Business Development is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth, leading cross functional teams, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • This role oversees Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations while working closely with the CEO to achieve revenue and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Success, and Business Operations teams.
  • Build strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
  • Oversee CRM, pipeline management, and business performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high performing teams.
  • Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, OKRs, and annual roadmaps.
  • Present business performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and cross functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Operations, or General Management.
  • Proven experience managing cross functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Strong experience in revenue growth, strategic planning, and business expansion.
  • Experience in SaaS, Technology, or Hospitality Technology is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills.
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and business performance.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
