- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Success, and Business Operations teams
- Build strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities
- Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth
- Oversee CRM, pipeline management, and business performance tracking
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful client delivery
- Build, mentor, and develop high performing teams
- Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, OKRs, and annual roadmaps
- Present business performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and cross functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Operations, or General Management
- Proven experience managing cross functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Strong experience in revenue growth, strategic planning, and business expansion
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, or Hospitality Technology is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and business performance
- Fluency in English and Arabic
