Overview
- Supervising and monitoring the entity’s financial and procedural policies and procedures, as well as reviewing reports and following up on financial transactions.
- Following up with the relevant departments and officials to ensure the accuracy of all entity records and related documentation.
- Reviewing compliance with laws and regulations for all supervisory and control procedures.
- Monitoring budgets, expenditures, operational costs, and financial statements, ensuring proper reporting and documentation of all entity-related financial activities.
- Reviewing and verifying reports from all departments to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and documents.
- Supervising the preparation of financial statements, reports, and all necessary documentation for entity projects and investments, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors to verify the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
