About the Role

The Head of Analytics & Insight will lead Cognita's Analytics and Customer Insight function.

The role will drive data, reporting, customer insight, and AI-powered products that deliver measurable business value.

The role owns the analytics roadmap and oversees high-quality reporting and insight delivery.

The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Education, Finance, and HR.

The position is hybrid and based in Dubai, with regular in-office attendance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics and insight specialists and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Translate data into meaningful actions that improve outcomes for schools, students, and colleagues.
  • Shape analytics and insight strategy across the organisation.
  • Champion data literacy and support informed decision-making.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions across the organisation.
  • Support the development of analytics, customer insight, and AI-powered products.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experienced analytics and insight leader with a record of leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Extensive experience in analytics, insight, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, data modelling, Azure-based data platforms, and Agile delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and senior-influence capabilities.
  • Understanding of product management, customer insight programmes, and AI and machine learning opportunities.
  • Experience across multiple business functions in a global or multi-site organisation is expected.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
