About the Role

  • Lead Cognita's Analytics and Customer Insight function.
  • Drive the development of data, reporting, customer insight, and AI-powered products.
  • Own the analytics roadmap and oversee the delivery of high-quality reporting and insights.
  • Ensure data is translated into meaningful actions that improve outcomes for schools, students, and colleagues.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Education, Finance, and HR.
  • Shape analytics and insight strategy and champion data literacy.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture that supports informed decision-making across the organization.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Extensive experience in analytics, insight, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, Azure-based data platforms, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions within a global or multi-site organization.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.
