Job Description

  • The Position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and overseeing the management of all logistics and supply service for the day to day operations of championships department.
  • It ensures the smooth delivery of logistical support for all championships activities in line with operational requirements of all events.

General Responsibilities

  • Prepare the proposed strategic plan for the department and contribute to its development, as well as prepare and monitor the implementation of the operational plan.
  • Monitor performance indicators on a regular basis, prepare departmental progress and achievements reports and submit them to director of the department.
  • Participate in the preparation of the department's budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual work plan in alignment with the Center's strategic plan and objectives.
  • Establish policies and procedures for the department's logistics and administrative service activities and monitor their implementation.
  • Train employees on logistics support operations and their responsibilities in relation to the logistics service strategy.
  • Develop and monitor performance measurement systems related to supply chain operations and logistics services.
  • Design evaluation forms and tools to assess the administrative and logistics services provided to customers.
  • Analyze all aspects of logistics services, identify the most efficient and effective methods, and evaluate the services provided to customers.
  • Establish effective communication channels with service providers and conduct coordination meetings prior to the start of the championships season.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of logistics support.
  • Male candidates only.
