Job Description
- The Position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and overseeing the management of all logistics and supply service for the day to day operations of championships department.
- It ensures the smooth delivery of logistical support for all championships activities in line with operational requirements of all events.
General Responsibilities
- Prepare the proposed strategic plan for the department and contribute to its development, as well as prepare and monitor the implementation of the operational plan.
- Monitor performance indicators on a regular basis, prepare departmental progress and achievements reports and submit them to director of the department.
- Participate in the preparation of the department's budget.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop the annual work plan in alignment with the Center's strategic plan and objectives.
- Establish policies and procedures for the department's logistics and administrative service activities and monitor their implementation.
- Train employees on logistics support operations and their responsibilities in relation to the logistics service strategy.
- Develop and monitor performance measurement systems related to supply chain operations and logistics services.
- Design evaluation forms and tools to assess the administrative and logistics services provided to customers.
- Analyze all aspects of logistics services, identify the most efficient and effective methods, and evaluate the services provided to customers.
- Establish effective communication channels with service providers and conduct coordination meetings prior to the start of the championships season.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of logistics support.
- Male candidates only.
