Job Objectives

  • Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of social case management through integrated monitoring systems and continuous development of policies and procedures within the unified case management framework.

Leadership Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare short and medium term operational plans and objectives for the Monitoring and Development section and align them with departmental and sector plans.
  • Develop policies and procedures for the Monitoring and Development section and ensure implementation.
  • Prepare the annual budget for the Monitoring and Development section and monitor its execution.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate employees, set goals, review performance, recommend training programs, and advise on resource management.

Operational Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated governance framework for case management ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Supervise the development of monitoring indicators to measure quality and efficiency of social case management processes.
  • Design an integrated institutional communication system with all relevant parties.
  • Oversee resource planning and management to ensure continuity of the integrated case management system.
  • Supervise the development of policies, procedures, and operational models based on data and actual practices.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through gap analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with digital transformation and future technologies department to enhance system features and user experience.
  • Prepare plans and follow up on periodic and random reviews of case files.
  • Identify potential risks in case management processes and develop response plans.
  • Identify training and skill development needs and ensure implementation of appropriate training programs.
  • Oversee governance and management of the unified case management database.
  • Prepare periodic analytical reports on system performance and case management for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Quality Management, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (conversation and writing).
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • 8+ years of experience with a Master's, PhD, or relevant professional certification.
