- Own the end to end architecture of Oracle Fusion across Finance, HCM, SCM, and related modules
- Lead technical delivery of implementations, upgrades, and quarterly Oracle releases
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Fusion applications, integrations, and extensions (OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST and SOAP APIs)
- Set technical standards for data models, security, and system performance
- Manage a team of functional and technical consultants, setting priorities and quality benchmarks
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years working with Oracle ERP, including hands on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
- Proven delivery of at least two full Fusion implementations
- Strong technical command of OIC, BI Publisher, FBDI, and Fusion security
- Experience leading technical teams
- Oracle Fusion certifications preferred

Job Purpose
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, combining technical ownership with team leadership to ensure the ERP landscape supports business needs reliably and at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
