About the Role
A UHNW Family in Qatar seeks a creative Head Chef to oversee private culinary operations for the family residence and exclusive events. The role requires Mediterranean cuisine expertise, menu innovation, and discreet VIP service.

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of highly skilled chefs including pastry
- Development of rotational menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & occasional events
- Balance meals in terms of their nutrition, also providing a macro breakdown for them
- Accommodate changes & refinement of dishes in accordance with feedback
- Maintain HACCP standards & guidelines, ensuring the kitchen adheres to safety & health regulations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local ingredient availability, sourcing organic & high quality items
- Conscientiously use resources, aiming for minimum wastage
- Perform ingredient orders, check & review produce quality & the integrity of deliveries
- Accompany the family in their local & international travels when required
Requirements
- 3 Year Hospitality Management or equivalent culinary university degree
- Proven experience as Head Chef with a strong background in providing healthy food
- Mediterranean cuisine specialist
- Excellent English communications skills both written & verbal
