Role Overview
Head Chef responsible for kitchen operations across multiple BABA ROMA outlets.
The role combines kitchen leadership, quality control, cost management, food safety, training, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations across outlets.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, recipes, and portion standards.
- Lead and develop chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen teams.
- Control food costs and wastage.
- Manage manpower and training.
- Coordinate with the Central Kitchen.
- Support menu and recipe development.
- Conduct regular kitchen audits.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Cost Control, and Procurement to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Role Expectations
- Lead multi-outlet kitchen operations and kitchen teams.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Manage food costs, wastage, quality, and operating efficiency.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,684.23 per month.
