The role is a Cost Controller focused on food and beverage operations.
Food and beverage experience is explicitly required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs.
- Conduct inventory and stock reconciliations.
- Analyze variances, wastage, and consumption.
- Maintain accurate recipe and menu costing.
- Review supplier prices and purchase records.
- Prepare regular cost reports.
- Support menu engineering and profitability analysis.
- Ensure appropriate pricing, portion control, and margins.
- Work with Operations, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Improve overall profitability.
