About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menu
- Ensure efficient, consistent flow of service and standards during service periods
- Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure all bar equipment and objects needed for service are prepared and available
- Monitor daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed
- Support sales and make relevant/appropriate suggestions regarding cocktails
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
- Internationally recognised professional certification
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high degree of flexibility
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods
- Impeccable manners and immaculate personal presentation

About Us
- The Arts Club Dubai is located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.
- It is the first international outpost of the celebrated private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London.
What Will You Do
- Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following the department Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menu
- Ensure the efficient, consistent flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods
- Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that all the Bar equipment and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available
- Be efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum and ensuring stock under your responsibility is secure
- Monitor the daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed
- Support sales and ensure relevant/appropriate suggestions are made with regards to cocktails
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
- Internationally recognised professional certification
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time
