Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, matcha, cold drinks, and other beverages to recipe standards
- Maintain espresso calibration, grinder settings, and drink quality throughout the day
- Train and support baristas and runners on drinks, workflow, and service standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, stocked, and ready for service
- Support opening and closing procedures, including machine cleaning and restocking
- Monitor beverage stock, wastage, expiry dates, and daily prep levels
- Support customer service and assist with resolving minor service issues
- Complete FSMS records when required, including cleaning, temperature, and stock checks
- Follow all hygiene, fire, health, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a specialty coffee barista
- Previous experience as a senior barista, trainer, or FOH lead preferred
- Strong espresso, milk texturing, drink recipe, and café workflow knowledge
- PIC Level 3 required or must be completed before starting / during onboarding
- Must already be based in the UAE
- Must be able to commute independently and organise own accommodation
- Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Overview
- The Head Barista / FOH Lead is responsible for maintaining coffee quality, beverage consistency and front of house service standards.
- This role supports the Assistant Manager with training, daily bar setup, stock control, customer service and FSMS compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve speciality coffee, matcha, cold drinks and other beverages to recipe standards.
- Maintain espresso calibration, grinder settings and drink quality throughout the day.
- Train and support baristas and runners on drinks, workflow and service standards.

Experience Required

Salary & Benefits
- Salary from AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Company employment visa and health insurance provided.
- Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE labour requirements.
