About the Role
Daughter and Dad Coffee is seeking an experienced Barista/FOH team member to deliver excellent customer service, prepare specialty coffee and drinks, and support daily operations in a fast-paced coffee shop.

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve speciality coffee, matcha, cold drinks and simple food items
- Operate the POS system accurately and process orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, counter and customer areas
- Support stock rotation, restocking, expiry checks and basic inventory tasks
- Complete cleaning, temperature and hygiene checks when assigned
- Follow brand recipes, service standards and food safety procedures
- Assist with opening and closing tasks when scheduled
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista or FOH team member
- POS experience
- Good spoken English
- Basic Food Safety training required or must be completed during onboarding
- Must already be based in the UAE
- Must be able to commute independently and organise own accommodation
- Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Overview
- The Barista / FOH team member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing drinks and supporting the smooth daily operation of the coffee shop.
- This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills and confidence working in a small, fast paced team.
Key Responsibilities

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista or FOH team member.
- Speciality coffee experience preferred.
- POS experience and good spoken English required.
- Basic Food Safety training required or must be completed during onboarding.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary from AED 2,250 per month, depending on experience.
- Company employment visa and health insurance provided.
- Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE labour requirements.
