Responsibilities
- Support the bar team with drink preparation, order packing, and service flow
- Run food and drinks to customers or delivery collection points where required
- Restock cups, lids, packaging, milk, syrups, retail items, and cleaning supplies
- Keep the bar, service counter, seating area, and back of house areas clean and organised
- Assist with POS orders, customer greetings, and basic service tasks
- Support opening, closing, cleaning, and waste management procedures
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and brand service standards at all times
- Assist with delivery app orders, labelling, and handover where required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, coffee shop, or hospitality role
- Barista experience is preferred but not essential if willing to train
- Good communication skills and ability to work quickly during busy periods
- Basic Food Safety training required or must be completed during onboarding
- Must already be based in the UAE
- Must be able to commute independently and organise own accommodation
- Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Overview
- The Barista / Runner supports both the bar and service flow, helping with drink preparation, order handoff, cleaning, restocking and customer service.
- This role is ideal for someone reliable, organised and willing to support wherever needed during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the bar team with drink preparation, order packing and service flow.
- Run food and drinks to customers or delivery collection points where required.
- Restock cups, lids, packaging, milk, syrups, retail items and cleaning supplies.
- Keep the bar, service counter, seating area and back of house areas clean and organised.

Experience Required

Salary & Benefits
- Salary from AED 1,750 per month, depending on experience.
- Company employment visa and health insurance provided.
- Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE labour requirements.
