The Grey is seeking a Head Barista to lead the bar with specialty coffee mastery, consistency, calm service, and elevated hospitality standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of specialty coffee experience with proven leadership in a high-volume, design-driven café.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Head Barista.
- Expert knowledge of espresso calibration, milk texturing, manual brewing, and flavor profiling.
- Strong sensory skills and the ability to maintain taste consistency across all beverages.
- Experience training baristas in technique, service flow, and brand standards.
- Exceptional cleanliness and station discipline.
- Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Calm, composed service presence and a strong focus on guest experience.
Pay
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coffee bar with consistent specialty coffee standards and calm, confident service.
- Calibrate espresso, texture milk, perform manual brewing, and maintain beverage flavor consistency.
- Train baristas in technique, service flow, and brand standards.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and station discipline in line with the café's operating style.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Deliver a high-quality guest experience and ensure every beverage meets the venue's standards.
