- Execute pilot bore, reaming, and pullback operations using HDD equipment
- Interpret bore plans, utility drawings, and project specifications
- Monitor drilling fluid circulation and maintain bore stability
- Ensure drilling alignment, depth, and accuracy throughout operations
- Coordinate with HDD operators, locators, and support crew
- Troubleshoot drilling challenges and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance requirements
- Maintain drilling records and production reports
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and client requirements
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience as an HDD Driller
- Proven experience in underground utility, telecom, water, sewer, gas, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of HDD drilling techniques, drilling fluids, and bore planning
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and utility layouts
- Immediate availability is preferred
