- Analyze guest's hair and physical features to recommend beauty treatments or hairstyles
- Cut, trim, shape, color, and style hair using various tools and techniques
- Shampoo, rinse, condition, and dry hair and scalp
- Apply water, setting, straightening or waving solutions to hair
- Keep work stations clean and sanitize tools
- Demonstrate and sell hair care products and cosmetics
- Maintain appointment timing and guest records
- Attend all trainings provided and follow instructions
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Vocational training certificate
- 5+ years experience as a Hair Stylist
- Passionate about guest service
- Able to speak and write English
- Good communication and people skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Expert in Mani/Pedi

Purpose of the Role
- Provide expert personal care services to guests, including hair washing, drying, coloring, trimming, treatments, and styling.
- Advise and recommend appropriate services via guest consultations.
- Offer beverages and provide movements after service to create a luxurious experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze guest's hair and physical features to determine and recommend beauty treatment or suggest hairstyles.
- Apply creativity, art, or design work.
- Apply health or sanitation standards.
- Cut, permanently wave, color, style, and treat hair.
- Maintain appointments timing.
- Follow guest instructions.
- Use hair or cosmetic instruments.
- Demonstrate and sell hair care products and cosmetics.
- Shampoo, rinse, condition, and dry hair and scalp.
- Cut, trim, and shape hair based on guests' instructions, hair type, and facial features.
- Attend all trainings provided and follow instructions.
- Keep work stations clean and sanitize tools.
Profile Requirements
- Education: High school or equivalent; Vocational training certificate.
- Skills: Passionate about guest service, positive, able to speak and write English, good communication, time management, attention to detail, team player, creative.
- Experience: Preferable 5 years experience working as a Hair Stylist locally or abroad.
