Overview

Guest Service & Consultation

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
• Conduct guest consultations to assess hair condition, preferences, and service suitability.
• Recommend appropriate hairstyles, treatments, and hair care solutions based on guest needs.
• Ensure a personalized and luxurious guest experience throughout the service journey.
• Offer beverages and create a comfortable, relaxing environment for guests.
• Maintain accurate guest service records and consultation history.

Hair Services

• Perform professional hair services including:
• Hair washing, shampooing, conditioning, and scalp cleansing
• Blow drying and finishing
• Hair cutting, trimming, and styling
• Hair treatments
• Hair colouring application (as per approved consultation formulas)
• Root touch-ups based on existing consultation records
• Hair curling and straightening
• Hair up-styling
• Bridal hairstyling
• Fringe cutting
• Half-up styling
• Hair extension clip application
• Keratin treatments
• Use hairdressing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow guest instructions while maintaining professional service recommendations.

Product Recommendation & Retail

• Recommend and promote suitable hair care products and treatments to guests.
• Support retail sales through product knowledge and guest education.

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment at all times.
• Sanitize tools including scissors, combs, brushes, clippers, and styling equipment after every use.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle hair products and chemicals safely according to operational guidelines.

Training & Team Collaboration

• Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve technical skills.
• Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Support team members in maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining accountability for individual performance.

Profile Requirements Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational certification in Hairdressing / Beauty Therapy preferred

Experience

• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Hair Stylist in a salon, spa, or beauty environment (locally or internationally preferred)
