The role is part of the Front Office team, which supports arrivals, departures, and guest interactions.
The position reports to the Front Office Supervisor and collaborates with Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Bell Services.
Role Overview
The Front Desk Agent serves as a welcoming hotel representative and supports a smooth, personalized guest journey.
The role manages reservation accuracy, guest accounts, inquiries, and problem resolution while supporting Front Office goals.
How You Will Make the Place
- Deliver warm, efficient guest check-ins and check-outs while following service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and effectively.
