Team and purpose
The Residences team delivers seamless and personalized living experiences while maintaining Rosewood’s luxury service standards.
The team works with the Residence Manager, Director of Residences, and hotel departments to support thoughtful and efficient resident interactions.
Your role
The Residence Associate is a trusted point of contact for residents and guests.
The role manages arrivals, departures, resident requests, lease renewals, service arrangements, and residential documentation.
The position contributes to the success of the Residences operation through professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized care.
How you’ll make the place
- Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out.
- Build relationships by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and delivering personalized service.
- Coordinate resident requests, special arrangements, and additional services.
- Prepare and manage residential agreements, lease renewals, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain resident profiles, apartment allocations, preferences, and account records.
- Conduct departure walk-throughs and apartment inspections and complete follow-up actions.
