The Engineering team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi supports the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
The Engineering Supervisor reports to the Director of Engineering and works with engineering associates, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
The role supports engineering operations through administration, inventory control, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning.
How You’ll Make the Place
- Coordinate procurement, receiving, and inventory control for engineering supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor vendor relationships, purchase orders, service agreements, and deliveries.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and track engineering work orders for timely completion.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, documentation, reports, and departmental files.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, accruals, and administrative processes.
- Supervise daily engineering assignments and support operational and safety standards.
Could This Be You?
- Experience in engineering administration, facilities coordination, procurement, or hotel operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory management systems, reports, and administrative processes.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and computerized management systems.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and vendors.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to operational excellence in hospitality.
