About the Role

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude during check in and check out
- Assist guests with reservations, room requests, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, dining options, and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns professionally and find solutions that create a positive experience
- Process payments, maintain guest records, and ensure all transactions are accurate
- Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Promote hotel services and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk throughout each shift
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn hotel management systems
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
