The Guest Service Agent supports guests from arrival through departure and helps create a memorable experience.
The role manages front desk activities including reception, check-in and check-out, cashiering, foreign exchange, and guest inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide care throughout their stay.
- Maintain the cashier float and prepare accurate daily reports of money received.
- Provide high-quality service, support sales targets, and develop personalized guest relationships.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints swiftly, efficiently, sensitively, and through to resolution.
- Keep the front desk work area clean and orderly.
Qualifications
- A service-focused personality is essential; previous experience is an asset.
- Prior experience with Opera PMS or a related property management system.
