Job Summary
The Guest Service Agent provides exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey, from arrival and check-in to departure and check-out.
The role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Perform accurate guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the hotel system.
- Process payments, deposits, and front-office transactions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food and Beverage, and other departments.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and guest messages professionally.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Resolve service issues and assist with luggage, transportation arrangements, wake-up calls, and other guest services.
- Maintain an organized front-desk area and promote hotel facilities, services, and applicable offers.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
