Role Overview
City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking an F&B Dispatcher for its Food & Beverage team.
The role coordinates food and beverage orders between the kitchen and service areas while supporting accurate, timely, hygienic service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and coordinate food and beverage orders for dispatch.
- Check that orders are complete, accurate, properly presented, and matched to order tickets.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, restaurant, room service, and F&B service teams.
- Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery to designated service areas.
- Maintain communication and order records, and report delays, missing items, or discrepancies.
- Keep the dispatch area clean and hygienic and follow hotel food safety and operating standards.
- Assist the F&B team during busy periods to maintain smooth service operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B Dispatcher, Food Runner, Order Taker, or in a similar hotel or restaurant position is preferred.
- Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Good communication, coordination, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic F&B operations and hygiene standards is required.
