- Follow established recipes, portion controls, and production schedules to ensure consistency
- Ensure food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards are consistently maintained
- Maintain kitchen equipment and promptly report any maintenance requirements
- Minimise food waste and support departmental cost control initiatives
- Ensure the correct storage, labelling, and rotation of food products in line with food safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Support the training and development of junior team members where required

About the Role
- As a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, you will support the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
