About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 properties
- Coordinate daily issues faced by tenants
- Coordinate check ins and check outs on a 24 hour basis
- Schedule housekeeping requirements
- Facilitate maintenance issues with in house or third party teams
- Maintain high occupancy levels year round
- Carry out inventory checks after guests leave
- Answer incoming leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Respond to enquiries on international platforms
- Facilitate viewings with clients
- Track, remind, and collect due rental payments
- Return clients' security deposits
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Driving license and car
- Experience in Dubai
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi tasking skills

What You'll Do
- Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific).
- Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis.
- Coordinate check ins and check outs for the guests on a 24 hour basis.
- Schedule all housekeeping requirements.
- Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams.
- Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round.
- Carrying out Inventory checks after guests leave the property.
- Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings.
- Responding to all enquiries on International platforms.
- Facilitate viewings with clients.
- Track, remind and collect any due rental payments.
- Responsible to return clients security deposits.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Driving license and car is a must.
- Experience in Dubai is essential.
- Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi tasking skills.
