Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers confidently and professionally.
  • Guide customers to the showroom, introduce to Sales Consultant, arrange refreshments.
  • Assist customers until a sales consultant becomes available.
  • Contact customers after two days of visit to ensure high level of customer service.
  • Capture walk in customer details, enter as leads in system, send to line manager daily.
  • Create lead in Salesforce and transfer to sales consultant.
  • Ensure all leads are converted and report to manager.
  • Create leads from telephone inquiries and send to Sales Team.
  • Answer incoming calls within three rings and transfer to right person within 45 seconds.
  • Submit showroom tracker, first visit survey, SSI report, telephone inquiries, delivery follow up report.
  • Report any untoward activities in showroom.
  • Support Delivery in charge/Manager in receiving vehicles on Oracle, updating stock ageing report.
