Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and VIPs courteously and professionally.
- Coordinate arrival and departure logistics for airports, hotels, and venues as applicable.
- Escort guests to designated areas and assist with check-in and registration.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and diplomatically.
- Liaise with drivers, security, and internal teams for seamless coordination.
- Maintain guest logs, feedback records, and daily reports.
- Represent the brand through professional appearance, tone, and etiquette.
- Support special events, VIP visits, and corporate guest handling as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, airport services, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English or a relevant regional language are required.
- Arabic-speaking capability is indicated by the job title.
- A pleasant, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills is required.
- A well-groomed and presentable appearance is required.
- The role requires multitasking under pressure and adapting to shifting schedules.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills are required for logging and reporting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or travel to venues may be required.
