Job Description

  • Guest Lecturer – Human Resource Management
  • Position Type: Part Time Guest Lecturer
  • Location: Doha, Qatar – Kingston Education Training Centre

About the Role

  • Kingston Education Training Centre is seeking an experienced Human Resource Management (HRM) professional with teaching or training experience to deliver engaging and practical training sessions.
  • The successful candidate will help learners develop essential HR knowledge and workplace skills aligned with current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive classroom training sessions, workshops, and practical case studies in Human Resource Management.
  • Teach core HR topics, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Incorporate real world examples, group discussions, role plays, and practical exercises into lessons.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials that support effective learning.
  • Create an inclusive, engaging, and professional learning environment.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and workplace policies.
  • Previous teaching, lecturing, corporate training, mentoring, or classroom instruction experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Professional HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM CP/SHRM SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering corporate training or professional development programs.
  • Knowledge of GCC/Qatar labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) is desirable.
