Position Summary
Guest Experience Experts guide guests through their entire stay and create a memorable, unique experience.
The role includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, sharing local information, and assisting with vehicles and luggage.
Role Expectations
- Take initiative and move about the property to complete necessary guest-service tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Perform physical and hands-on work in guest areas, service spaces, stairs, ramps, and other hotel locations.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
- The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and movement through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and stairs or service ramps.
- The role requires handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
