- Ensure smooth guest check in and check out processes
- Build a unique and memorable guest experience
- Take initiative to offer a wide range of services to guide guests during their stay
- Perform operational tasks, handle guest requests, complete reports, and share local events and attractions
- Maintain safety, follow company guidelines, respect confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards
- Stand, sit, walk for long periods; move, lift, carry, push, and place objects under 10 lbs
