Role Overview
Guest Experience Agent role in Beond's contact centre.
The agent will provide service and support to guests and assist with their travel plans.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming guest inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, bookings, and services.
- Assist guests with reservation changes and travel itineraries.
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Document guest interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is mandatory.
- Prior travel consultant experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or French is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
