Role Overview

Role Overview
The Chief Pilot will lead the Saudi Arabia Air Operator Certificate for Beond and will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Chief Pilot reports to the Director of Operations.
This is a required management position under GACAR Part 121.45.
Responsibilities
- Own flight-crew professional standards, SOPs, and crew standardisation.
- Oversee line operations, the check-airman programme, and crew currency and competence.
- Manage flight-crew discipline, mentoring, and continuous improvement of operating practices.
- Support the Director of Operations and deputise on operational matters as required.
- Interface with GACA on flight-crew standards.
Requirements
- The successful candidate must be acceptable to GACA based on experience, competence, and knowledge.
- The candidate must have a full understanding of GACAR, operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements, and the operations manual.
- The role is associated with GACAR 121.45(e) and (g).
