Role Overview
The role is a long-term Guest Associate and Photo Sales Executive position serving visitors at high-footfall tourist or entertainment destinations.
The work location is listed as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a monthly salary of AED 3,000-3,500.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests and capture high-quality photographs during their experiences when required.
- Promote and sell photography packages, digital photos, prints, souvenirs, and related products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products, explain promotions, and assist guests with photograph selection and purchases.
- Coordinate with photographers and operations staff to support smooth service delivery.
- Resolve guest queries, process cash, card, and digital payments, and maintain the photo sales area.
- Set up and handle photography equipment, monitor inventory, support bookings, and gather guest feedback.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume tourist or entertainment environment.
Requirements
- Experience in theme parks, resorts, tourist attractions, entertainment venues, landmarks, or similar high-footfall environments is highly preferred.
- Photo sales, souvenir sales, retail sales, or guest services experience is advantageous.
- Combined photography and sales experience is strongly preferred.
