About the Role
Lightspeed (Team Granola) is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and build scalable, AI-enabled revenue infrastructure in London. The role involves architecting GTM systems, building internal tools and API integrations, deploying AI agents, and managing data pipelines.

- Design and build the systems that power how we find, win, and retain customers
- Build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic
- Design and deploy AI agents across the GTM motion
- Design the GTM data model and build/manage data pipelines
- Partner with Sales, CS and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally GTM/Revenue
- Experience designing and scaling systems in a high growth company
- Proven AI deployment experience (automations, agents, workflows)
- Proficiency in SQL and TypeScript (nice to have)
- Able to work with non technical stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excited to work in person in the London office

What You’ll Do
- Architect the GTM systems that scale us: design and build systems that power how we find, win, and retain customers.
- Engineer the solutions: build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic.
- Put AI & Automation to work: design and deploy AI agents across the GTM motion.
- Power decisions with data: design the GTM data model and build/manage data pipelines.
- Be the bridge: partner with Sales, CS and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally GTM/Revenue.
- Experience designing and scaling systems in a high growth company.
- Proven AI deployment experience (automations, agents, workflows).
- Proficiency in SQL and TypeScript (nice to have).
- Able to work with non technical stakeholders and translate needs into solutions.

Compensation
- £100K £130K + equity and benefits.
