About The Role
- We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and detail oriented Community Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment in Assort’s growth.
- You’ll be the heartbeat of our newest office in New York City, ensuring the space runs smoothly and delivering an outstanding experience.
What You’ll Do
- Run the space: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and vendors, handle mail and facilities issues, and keep the space stocked and welcoming.
- Foster culture & community: Plan and execute events, celebrations, and team building activities that bring people together.
- Own space planning & workplace strategy: Manage seating and shared spaces today and partner with leadership on future growth and layout changes.
- Support onboarding & recruiting: Partner with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, monitor onsite schedules, and drive the new hire onboarding experience.
- Be the face of Assort’s community: Manage visitor and candidate experience, greet guests warmly, and lead office tours. Be in office five days per week from at least 8 am 6 pm.

Compensation Range
- $130K $155K
