- Support solution design, system integration, SIT/UAT, defect management, and production rollout
- Collaborate on system migration and transformation initiatives

- 8–10+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Retail Lending
- Experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Loan Management Systems (LMS) & Collections
- Proven involvement in banking transformation and migration projects
