About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to prepare supplier account reconciliations, issue purchase orders and payment orders, review employee deductions, coordinate with support services for payments, and manage the monthly administrative report for the Judicial Council.

Responsibilities
- Prepare supplier account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of supplier payments
- Prepare purchase orders and payment orders, and coordinate with support services for payment execution
- Issue distributions for all expenses and payments to suppliers to settle supplier payments
- Review employee deductions (e.g., phone, medical) to support eligible employees
- Coordinate with support services for employee entitlements, advances, cash salaries, monthly bills, and other payments
- Review the monthly administrative report for the Judicial Council and submit for approval
- Execute subsidiary account reconciliations to verify and maintain accounts and ensure disbursements from budget sub items
- Ensure financial contracts comply with terms and financial obligations and include them in the annual budget
- Apply policies, procedures, and standards to improve and standardize accounting processes
- Coordinate with other units to provide financial needs for various departments
- Maintain data security of the organizational unit, its operations, documents, and information
- Contribute to improving the payment system by providing information to apply standards, strategies, and procedures in the strategic and operational plan
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- 4+ years of experience
- UAE National only

- إعداد تسويات حسابات الموردين لضمان دقة دفعات الموردين
- إعداد أمر الشراء و أمر الصرف و مخاطبة الخدمات المساندة لمباشرة الدفع
- إصدار التوزيعات لجميع المصاريف و المدفوعات للموردين لتسوية مدفوعات الموردين
- مراجعة المدفوعات الخاصة بخصومات الموظفين مثل (الهاتف, الطبية ...إلخ..) لدعم احتياجات الموظفين الذين تنطبق عليهم الشروط
- التنسيق مع الخدمات المساندة لصرف مستحقات الموظفين, الدفعات المقدمة, الرواتب النقدية, الفواتير الشهرية, و المدفوعات الأخرى المتنوعة لضمان توفيرها بدقة في الوقت المناسب
- مراجعة التقرير الإداري الشهري الخاص بالأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي و رفعه للإعتماد والتنسيق مع الخدمات المساندة.
- تنفيذ تسوية الحسابات الفرعية للتحقق و ضمان المحافظة على الحسابات و التأكد من صرف المستحقات من البنود الفرعية للباب المعني بالموازنة
- التأكد و الحفاظ على العقود المالية لضمان امتثال الشروط و الالتزامات المالية و ادراجها في الموازنة السنوية
- تطبيق السياسات و الاجراءات و المعايير لتحسين و توحيد العمليات المحاسبية
- ينسق مع باقي وحدات الأمانة العامة لتوفير الاحتياجات المالية لأقسام المختلفة
- المحافظة على أمن بيانات الوحدة التنظيمية و عملياتها, و الوثائق و المعلومات
- المساهمة في تحسين وظائف نظام المدفوعات في الأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي من خلال تقديم المعلومات لتطبيق معايير نظام المدفوعات, و الاستراتيجيات و الاجراءات في الخطة الاستراتيجية و التشغيلية السنوية لإدارة الشؤون المالية و الإدارية, و مواءمتها مع استراتيجيات الأمانة العامة للمجلس القضائي لتحقيق مهمتها
Qualifications
- البكالوريوس في المالية.
- سنوات الخبرة : 4+ سنوات
