Requirements
- Experience in growth strategy, performance marketing, paid media management, analytics, audience analysis, conversion optimization, marketing attribution, experimentation, data visualization, or AI workflows
- Strong experience managing substantial advertising budgets
- Proven track record managing, optimizing and scaling paid advertising campaigns
- Comfortable managing large advertising budgets, improving ROAS, reducing acquisition costs, optimizing conversion funnels
- Fluent English required

The Opportunity
- You will become the performance engine behind the Robotics ecosystem.
- Your role is to understand what drives growth, identify what limits performance and continuously improve audience acquisition, engagement and retention across all platforms.
- You will help determine what should be scaled, what should be stopped and where we should invest its resources.
What You'll Do
- Analyze content performance across all platforms
- Monitor audience behavior and audience trends
- Identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks
- Investigate why content performs or underperforms

What We're Looking For
- You are analytical, curious and obsessed with understanding why things work.
- You likely have experience in: Growth Strategy, Performance Marketing, Paid Media Management, Analytics, Audience Analysis, Conversion Optimization, Marketing Attribution, Experimentation, Data Visualization, AI Workflows.
- You are highly structured, commercially minded and comfortable making decisions based on data.
Paid Media Experience
- Paid media is a core responsibility of this role.
- Strong experience managing substantial advertising budgets is required.
- You should have a proven track record managing, optimizing and scaling paid advertising campaigns and making budget allocation decisions based on performance data.
- You should be comfortable managing large advertising budgets, improving ROAS, reducing acquisition costs, optimizing conversion funnels and identifying growth opportunities through paid acquisition.

- Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, YouTube Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Metricool, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Make, Zapier, AI Agents, Airtable, Notion, Coda and Google Sheets.
