- We are looking for a Growth & Analytics Lead who can combine analytics, growth strategy, experimentation and paid media expertise to help build one of the world's leading robotics media platforms.
What You'll Do
- Analyze content performance across all platforms
- Monitor audience behavior and audience trends
- Identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks
- Investigate why content performs or underperforms
- Create actionable recommendations based on data
- Design and manage experimentation initiatives
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns
- Allocate advertising budgets across platforms
- Improve campaign performance and ROI
- Build dashboards and performance reporting systems
What We're Looking For
- You are analytical, curious and obsessed with understanding why things work.
- Experience in Growth Strategy, Performance Marketing, Paid Media Management, Analytics, Audience Analysis, Conversion Optimization, Marketing Attribution, Experimentation, Data Visualization, AI Workflows.
- Strong experience managing substantial advertising budgets is required.
- Proven track record managing, optimizing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
