Requirements
- English at C1 or C2 level
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- CRM discipline (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Available Monday–Friday during US Eastern or Central hours
- Stable home internet (min. 40 Mbps) for daily video calls
- Experience in outbound sales, B2C closing, BPO sales, or SDR/BDR roles

Your Background
- Outbound sales experience (cold calling, SDR/BDR, field sales, door to door, telesales)
- B2C closing experience (insurance, real estate, financial products, automotive, telecom, retail finance)
- BPO sales experience (outbound or upselling at a call center with U.S. client exposure)
- SDR/BDR promoted to AE
- Any sales role where rejection was part of the job
What We Need From You
- English at C1 or C2 — clear, confident, natural with U.S. buyers
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets — any industry, B2B or B2C
- CRM discipline — HubSpot or equivalent
- Available Monday–Friday during US Eastern or Central hours
- Stable home internet (min. 40 Mbps) for daily video calls
- Mindset: Hungry · Gritty · Coachable · Accountable
Compensation
- Guaranteed Base: $1,500 – $2,500 monthly
- Performance Commission: 15–25%, increasing with performance excellence
- Average Commission: $1,500 – $2,000 monthly
- Total Monthly Earnings: $2,500 – $4,500+
- Truly Uncapped Commission: top performers earn $5,000+ monthly
Schedule & Equipment
- Work Schedule: 9 hour shifts following US business hours
- Paid Training: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (mandatory for 5 weeks)
- Time Zone: Must be able to consistently work in Eastern Time
- Availability: Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours
- Self provided computer/laptop, reliable high speed internet (min. 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload), professional headset, quiet work environment, backup power/internet
