- Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial and contracts team
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of total work experience
- At least 10 years in a management or leadership role
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; professional chartership preferred
- Strong international commercial background
- Experience with contract forms such as FIDIC and other bespoke agreements
- Knowledge of contract and tender procedures and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)
- Extensive experience in large, complex commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract law
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- GCC experience (minimum 5 years) preferred

Job Summary
- The Group Senior Contracts and Commercial Director is responsible for leading all contract and commercial activities across the organization.
- This role ensures contracts are well negotiated, risks are managed, budgets are controlled, and commercial strategies support business growth.
- The role also involves leading a team and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
- The position requires a strong international commercial background, preferably supported by a Quantity Surveying degree or professional chartership, and extensive experience managing complex, large scale commercial operations.
