- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve key performance indicators and optimize spend.
- Establish and monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to leverage their expertise and drive campaign success.
- Champion brand stewardship and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all group touchpoints.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function, embracing new technologies and data driven approaches.
- Identify and explore new market segments and growth opportunities for the group, developing tailored marketing plans to penetrate them.
Requirements
- Senior level marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing group wide marketing strategies.
- Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team of marketing professionals across multiple business units.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, brand consistency, and ROI optimization.
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources strategically.
- Ability to establish and monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing reports to senior leadership.
- Strong relationship management skills with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
